A great number of Simon Page College of Marketing CIM students are celebrating a 100% Pass in the recently released examination results for the April 2020 CIM Exam session.
Recording so many 100% passes for this session not only makes us so happy but proud to be associated with this cohort. With the overall pass rate as 82% compared to the global CIM pass rate of 88% for this session, we are so impressed by this students’ performance.
Experiencing educational disruption a month before the CIM exam sitting could have spiked a lot of confusion and fear but these students remained positive and focused. Apart from projects, different levels of CIM qualification requires the students to physically sit in a supervised examination room for their final assessment. This assessment session was going to different and “a first” for most students.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continued to spread across the world, more preventive measures were being taken even by the global examination councils. The Chartered Institute of Marketing released a statement to all CIM study centers urging all CIM stakeholders to remain safe and allowing students to make online submissions. This came as a relief not only to the students but the study centers as the Coronavirus pandemic had led to the closure of educational institutions.
Despite the Covid-19 disruptions, we are so thrilled by the overall performance. Like we always say; thank you for choosing us to be part of your professional journey. We are grateful to you for helping us maintain our great reputation for producing exceptional CIM pass rates amidst everything.
April 2020 CIM Exam Results Overview

- 82% overall CIM pass rate
- 100% pass rate from all CIM postgraduate diploma students
- 38 students qualified. 6 Certificate, 27 Diploma, and 5 Postgraduate levels.
